Shipping & Return Policies:
At this time, Stair Rod Resources offers free Ground shipping via Fedex / UPS. We ship anywhere within the Continental US, except to PO Boxes.
Shipping generally takes 2-7 working days for you to receive your order. We try to keep all merchandise in-stock, however there are occasions when we may run-out.
If an item is expected to be on backorder for longer then 7 business days we will contact you.
***Please remember that once a stair rod is cut, damaged, altered, or installed, they are not returnable. This includes orders that are custom cut for the customer. Also try to remember that every monitor shows colors differently. The colors you see here on this website may vary slightly from the actual product, and between stair rod collections.
Returns:
You must Contact Us, so we can issue you a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns, and shipping costs are not reimbursed. Merchandise must be in unused condition, and in it's original packing.
Please ensure that you re-pack the items well, as the customer is responsible for products damaged during shipping, due to improper packing.
